We understand that you may decide to return a product that you purchased from us. You may return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date you received the product.
- Products must be unused, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.
- All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. This can be an order confirmation email that includes the order number.
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
- Refunds are issued within one business day once the item is received and inspected, and will be issued based upon the original payment method.
- Orders cancelled or modified during shipment cannot be altered. You can initiate a return once you have received the product.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from Autel Robotics can be returned to Autel Robotics. Autel Robotics products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
How to Return an Item
Please follow these steps to return an item to Autel Robotics:
- Contact our Customer Support team either by email at email@example.com or by phone at 1-844-MY-AUTEL (844-692-8835). If you choose to call, please have a copy of your order confirmation with the order number ready. If you prefer email, please attach a copy of your order confirmation and provide details of the item(s) you wish to return along with a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Please note that while Autel Robotics does not charge restocking fees, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returns back to our facility. Additionally, it is important to ensure proper packaging to prevent any damages during the return shipping process. You can drop off the package at any of the carrier's locations.
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it within 5-7 business days to check for any potential damage and to verify that all the components related to the purchase have been included in the return shipment.
- Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method to the card-issuing bank. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Products
We package our shipments so that they arrive to you snug, safe and secure. If you receive a product that arrives damaged, please contact Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-844-MY-AUTEL (844-692-8835).
