SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping on Orders over $59

Autel Robotics is proud to offer free shipping on all orders over $59. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. During the checkout process you'll see the free shipping option for orders over $59, or you can also choose a faster delivery method for an additional fee. Shipping methods and fees for orders less than $59 will be displayed during the checkout process. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, the availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.


Order Processing

Any orders received will ship the next business day. Please allow 24 hours of processing time. During periods of high order volume, such as the Black Friday Sale Season, please be aware that the processing time may take up to 72 hours.


Shipping Restrictions

Purchases shipping outside the United States may have local taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. levied by the destination country as well as brokerage fees or other surcharges imposed by the shipping company that delivers the package. These charges are not included in the purchase amount. Customers are responsible for paying all fees, taxes, and duties for shipment(s) to destinations outside of the United States.

While we sympathize with customers who are required to pay customs taxes on shipments, it is against the USA law for us to mark items as "Gift" or write lower values for items and we are therefore unable to comply with any requests to do so. Before placing an order, please keep in mind that taxes may be imposed on it when it arrives in your country.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Military Addresses

Autel Robotics can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses in the United States.


Battery Shipping Restrictions

Our batteries are subject to shipping restrictions that limit the number of batteries that can be included in each shipping box. Orders for multiple batteries may be shipped in multiple shipping boxes to comply with carrier shipping restrictions.

Please Note: batteries can only be shipped via ground and cannot be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.

Once your order is placed, we will send information about your order to the email address you provided during the checkout process.


Order Acknowledgement

The order acknowledgement email provides a summary of the items on your order.


Shipment Notification

Once your order has shipped, we'll send a shipment notification email. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.


Order Tracking

To track the status of an existing order, go to our Order Lookup page. Enter your Order Number and the email address you used when you placed your order to view the status of your order. You can find your Order Number in the Order Acknowledgement email sent after your order was placed.
