Autel Robotics is proud to offer free shipping on all orders over $29. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. During the checkout process you'll see the free shipping option for orders over $29, or you can also choose a faster delivery method for an additional fee. Shipping methods and fees for orders less than $29 will be displayed during the checkout process. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, the availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.
Orders received before 2pm PST will ship the same business day. Orders received after 2pm PST will ship the next business day.
Autel Robotics offers shipping to the United States. We do not ship to any other countries at this time.
Autel Robotics can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses in the United States.
Our batteries are subject to shipping restrictions that limit the number of batteries that can be included in each shipping box. Orders for multiple batteries may be shipped in multiple shipping boxes to comply with carrier shipping restrictions.
Once your order is placed, we will send information about your order to the email address you provided during the checkout process.
The order acknowledgement email provides a summary of the items on your order.
Once your order has shipped, we'll send a shipment notification email. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.
To track the status of an existing order, go to our Order Lookup page. Enter your Order Number and the email address you used when you placed your order to view the status of your order. You can find your Order Number in the Order Acknowledgement email sent after your order was placed.
