Nobody knows your Autel Robotics products better than us. This is why we are able to give you the best service and support. Whether it's for accidental damage to your aircraft, gimbal, or camera, Autel Robotics Care provides you with up to two full replacements that are tailored to suit your needs.
Supported Products
EVO II
First Replacement Fee: $159
Second Replacement Fee: $179
EVO II Pro
First Replacement Fee: $169
Second Replacement Fee: $199
Customers must also meet one of the following conditions in order to be eligible for Autel Robotics Care:
● Must own an aircraft that has never been opened
● Must own an aircraft that has been activated within 48 hours of their attempt to purchase Autel Care
● If either of the above is not applicable, customer must send in their Evo II for a functional evaluation to our repair team in Bothell, WA or contact your local dealers
● Refurbished units do not qualify for Autel Robotics Care
● Must own an aircraft that has never been opened
